We are always looking for talented well qualified staff that can work on their own initiative and remain focused on customer service.

We are committed to the principle of providing training for our staff in the firm belief that they will gain knowledge and skills that will empower them to perform their duties in a manner that is both rewarding to them and a positive benefit to the business. We have offered apprenticeships continuously since 1990 when many others have abandoned such commitments - contributing to the skills shortage that now exists.

Modern Apprenticeships:

We offer modern apprenticeships in collaboration with a Training Agency appointed and sponsored by the TECs (Training and Enterprise Councils) and local colleges.

Successful completion will be accompanied with an NVQ level III (City & Guilds of London Institute) and AM2 certification.

NVQs - National Vocational Qualifications: Working with approved training agencies we offer the opportunity to study a number of NVQ units that can lead to being awarded a full NVQ at level 2, 3 and 4. The scheme, called Skills for Business has the full support of the regional TECs.
